Our Story
ClassEx was founded by Bello Abdullahi Wee — a novelist, educator and entrepreneur based in Abuja, Nigeria. After years of teaching at Federal Government Girls College Jalingo and running an ICT centre, Bello saw a clear gap: millions of Africans wanted to learn languages — both international ones like French, Spanish and Arabic, and their own native languages like Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and Swahili — but affordable, quality online courses in these languages were almost non-existent.
ClassEx Languages was built to fix that. We are a marketplace where expert language instructors can create and sell courses, and learners can study at their own pace from anywhere in the world.
